Tinned? copper-alloy buckle and plate

Bronze buckle and plate, length 2.7cm. Tinned. Oval loop, tongue missing. Plate of thick sheet metal folded over bar of loop, cut to admit tongue, riveted at bottom corners. Plate decorated with 8 punched dot-in-circles, decorated with nicks along bottom.
