The presbyter Kalashire of the church or monastery of Apa George makes his will, addressing it to Apa Epiphanius,monk of the monastery of Epiphanius.

Lines 1 and 7–9 run as follows:

This fragmentary papyrus was found in a rubbish hole at the monastery of Epiphanius. It is now housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York as MMA.12.180.275. The text has been dated on palaeographical grounds.
