P.Oxy. 16 1950:

An order for payment issued by a church to a steward (pronoetes) of Apa Philoxenos, to deliver to an assistant in the office of the exactor 4 double jars of wine for the festival of Tybi.

Line 1 reads as follows:

☧ ἡ ἁγία ἐκκλ(ησία(?)) τῷ εὐλαβ(εστάτῳ) Σερήνῳ πρ(εσβυτέρῳ) πρ(ονοητῇ) ἄπα Φιλοξένου.

'The holy church to the most pious Serenos, presbyter (and) pronoetes of Apa Philoxenos.'
