τῷ εὐ[λα]βεστάτῳ Νειλάμμων(ι) πρεσβ(υτέρῳ) καὶ οἰκονόμου(*) τοῦ ἁγίου
Βίκτορος ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀρνοῖτον πόλεως

'… to the most pious Neilammon, presbyter and oikonomos of saint Viktor from the city of the Arsinoites.'
