Mayer card: Fragmentary ivory comb.The catalogue number M 6550 is also used for a bone tablets from Crundale grave 5. The Gatty Slip and Mayer Index card for M 6550 both indicate Sibertswold grave 54. Index card says 6 fragments; at least three extant fragments may be the bone tablets which match the description for Crundale grave 5, leaving the other pieces associated with the bone comb in Sibertswold grave 54. – D.H.
